1. Q: Who is Real Estate School Online?
   A: We are one of the first and largest online real estate schools in the country. We pride ourselves on having a personal connection with each student. Some schools will not even post a phone number on their website and will try to hide from you. At Real Estate School Online, we encourage you to call us any time you have a question or concern. Customer service is one of our highest priorities.

3. Q: What do I need to do to get my Georgia Real Estate License?

4. Q: Can I get a Georgia Real Estate License if I am not a Georgia Resident or US citizen?
   A: You do NOT have to be a Georgia resident, but you must be a US citizen or a lawfully admitted alien.



5. Q: Is Georgia Real Estate School Online an approved school to offer online courses?
   A: YES! We are an approved real estate school permitted to offer online and CD-ROM courses for Pre, Post and CE for both the Sales Associates and Brokers. Our courses for Georgia are offered via Kaplan Real Estate School.



6. Q: How long do I have to complete the course?
   A: You can access your course for up to a full year.



7. Q: What is the difference between Online and the CD Rom course?
   A: Both courses are essentially the same.
   
   Online:Can be accessed anywhere, from any computer worldwide with internet access.
   Does not time you so student is not required to spend the allotted amount of time on the computer.
   
   CD Rom: Limited to one computer
   Records the amount of time spent on the course and requires students to spend a minimum number of hours before taking course exam.



8. Q: How long do I have to complete the course?
   A: You can access each course for up to a full year. In unusual circumstances, you may be able to get a course extension.



9. Q: What happens if I fail the pre-license exam.
   A: We don't think you will fail the exam if you use all the FREE bonus materials our school provides. But if you do, then you can simply take it again for FREE! We also recommend purchasing aGeorgia exam prep product if you are having trouble passing the exam. Please note that Georgia state regulations only allow two attempts, and if you do not pass the second time you must re-enroll in the course again.



10. Q: When do I receive my completion slip?
    A: 3-5 days after completing your course, we will mail your course completion slip to you. We will also notify the State of Georgia of your successful completion of the course. If you need this expedited to overnight shipping, please call us at 800-391-4123. There is a charge for overnight rush of completion slips.



11. Q: How do I check the status of my license? How do I renew my license?
    A: You can check the status and renew your license at the Georgia Real Estate Commission website. Visit http://www.grec.state.ga.us/



12. Q: Help! My computer crashed/I lost power/I lost internet connection/etc. while taking my final exam. What now?
    A: Contact Technical support at 800-391-4123 to have your exam reset. Tech support is available 24x7.
