18 Hour New Agent Package

The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires a new Salesperson to complete a 25 hour Post-licensing course during the first year of licensure. The 25 hour Post-licensing course will cover only 6 hours of the mandatory 24 hours of continuing education required to renew your license. Designed specifically for new Salespeople, this 18 hour CE package will help you fulfill the remainder of the hours needed to renew your license during the 4-year renewal period. 

This Package Includes:

·    Homes for All: Serving People with Disabilities – People with disabilities generally have the same housing needs as the rest of the population; yet they are often overlooked as prospective homeowners. This new course familiarizes students with this market and how to communicate with and serve it more effectively.

• Real Estate Finance and Tax Issues – This interactive course provides a comprehensive look at the use of principal financing instruments and how the government influences real estate financing.
